Consider hiring someone who has a strong aptitude in an area where you are lacking.

It costs a lot of money to start a business, but there is a point when the investment becomes more than any reasonable expected profit. Have a great marketing plan. Not only will you have to attract business, but you have to give them incentive to return. Without smart marketing, the business will never have the opportunity to take off.
Use your resources wisely. Family and friends can offer great advice and help. Do not forget to use them. Remember, although it is tempting, you cannot do it all by yourself as burn out is certain to occur. If the business takes off like you hope, the more and more of reigns are going to be placed into hands of employees.
