The EEOC or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has many regulations that you must be aware of and abide by. Every company that is legally listed as a company must abide by the rules. If your business doesn’t practice these laws, then there will be serious repercussions by the EEOC.
This is a list of the laws that must be abided by but is not limited to:

- Government in the Sunshine Act
- Uniform Guidelines
- Employee responsibilities and conduct
- All recordkeeping and reporting requirements
- Affirmative Action requirements
- Equal Pay Act and all procedures to go along with it
